Friday Faves!

Happy Friday Dolls! I'm so ready for the weekend! This week has been a pretty busy one for me. I'm ready to sit back and relax.  Check out my list of Friday Faves that includes a dress to die for and a fun recipe to try out!

First, I am OBSESSED OBSESSED OBSESSED with this dress from Dorothy Perkins S/S 2012 line. It's STUNNING! If anyone knows who-what-where-when I can find this baby----> PLEASE let me know!

Next, have you seen Claudia Schiffer's new campaign for Guess?! She looks amazing! I love how the campaign has a retro feel. The line launches in Guess stores, Macy's, and online in April.

Another thing I'm in love with the this week are these great mini lemon soufflés! I found the recipe on Pinterest and it looks pretty simple and oh so cute! Going to try them out this weekend!

I also can't get enough of these colored chino shorts from JCrew! They are soo fun! They have pretty much every color in the rainbow and they're chic to boot! I may have to break down and snag me a pair---or two!

Hello There!

Hello Lovelies! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Friday Faves!

Hey Dolls!!!! I can't believe it's Friday already! I feel like I've been playing catch-up all week! Southby threw me out of whack and now I'm just getting back! lol Hope your week wasn't as crazy as mine! This week has mostly been about lusting after fun footwear and hair accessories! Check out some of my current must haves!

First, I saw these old-school high top sneakers and fell in love! The sequins are so fun! I can see myself sporting these bad boys with a tank and some black skinnies or even a cute skirt.

Next, it's all about the classic white chucks. I've been wanting to add these to my shoe collection since FOREVER! I just keep getting distracted by all the pretty colors when I'm in the store and go a different route! I must acquire some of these soon! Trust me you can dress these babies up or down! So fab!

I'm also obsessed with blush pleated maxi skirts! I keep seeing them all over the place and am in love!

Finally, I'm loving the headscarf look for Spring and Summer. It's such a fun take on headwear and can take that every day hair to the next level!

Just In Time

Hello Lovelies!! How did y'all's weekend go?! I'm still coming off the SXSW high! It was great! Definitely one of the best Southby's I've been to by far! I walked a good 30 miles and discovered some great new artists. Can't wait for next year!

I'm currently crushing hard on plastic watches. They make a great addition to your arm party and some are inexpensive enough that you can switch them out depending on what mood you're in or what you're wearing. Here are a few pieces I'm lusting over!

Friday Faves!

Happy Friday Lovelies! Is it just me or does it seem like this week has flown by? I'm pretty excited for tonight--I finally get to experience some Southby festivities! After a crazy week at work I'm so looking forward to it! This week's Friday Faves are just a few things that brought a little sparkle to my week!

First, I am in love OBSESSED with these Pink Steve Madden Pumps! They are crazy fun and would bring a great pop of color to any outfit!

Next, are a few pieces from Saboskirt that are just too cool! I'm loving the vintage purple denim shorts! The crop top is also super fun! The bow element in the back is just gorgeous! You can dress it up for a night out or down for a fun day out in the sun!

I am currently craving ICE CREAM pretty much EVERY DAY!! I gave up it up for Lent. And you know when you can't have something---you want it that much more! FYI: Free Cone Day is April 3rd! So pop in a store and have a scoop (or two!) for me!

Last, but not least, I cannot wait to see 21 Jump Street! It looks hilarious and I love Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill! The movie premieres tonight! I probably won't get to see it this weekend but hopefully I'll get to see it soon!

Whirls and Swirls

"We built this city on rock and roll..." Totally have that song stuck in my head! Maybe, my brain is subconsciously gearing itself up for the music part of SXSW I'm heading to in a couple of days! I'll say I'm a little overwhelmed with how many artists there are! I can't decide what venue to be at or which band to see at what time! I'm super excited! Now, back to fashion! As for my outfit I wanted to keep it pretty simple because I felt my coat did most of the talking! I saw this on the Old Navy website in the girls section and couldn't pass it up---I just ordered the biggest girl size they sold! It's fun to be able to do that. You save a little money and the clothes are just as well made!
